Noëlle’s little trick

When you wake up in the morning, your body needs to replenish its energy. It needs water, vitamins, proteins, fats, carbohydrates and minerals. These nutrients are crucial for cell renewal. As I’m always in a hurry, I take a fruit juice for the antioxidants, then make myself an oatmeal cake. It takes two minutes to prepare and one minute in the microwave. Very low in calories and a real feeling of satiety to keep me going until midday.
